1. Security & trust

This webshop is really secure. For creating an account we ask you for personal identifiable information, but we store the personally identifiable information really good in a secure environment with firewall protection.
We have an agreement with ‘The Courier Guy’. This is a really safe company. You pay R65 for shipping and the duration in which you receive your order will be 2 to 3 working days. Also you can track and trace your order with ‘The Courier Guy’. Take a look at their website: www.thecourierguy.co.za. Go to ‘where’s my package?’ and fill in your waybill (this waybill code you will receive via email, after we have sent the package). When you haven’t received your order within three days, you can always call or email us(Contactform).
We have chosen for a payment with EFT. It has lots of benefits. First of all it’s absolute secure!. Also it’s a quick and easy payment and relatively low risk manner of accepting and making payments online. Unfortunately, you can’t pay with a credit card at our webshop.

2. Account
In the white block above you see log in. If you already have an account you can login there. When you haven’t an account? You press at register. Than you register yourself and you have your own account at Lief! Lifestyle webshop. Now you can start order products!
Above in the white block you see log in. Press on this button and then there’s a button for lost my password. We will send you the password via email.

3. Order
First select to the product you like. Then select sizes etc. After that you can ‘add to Cart’. The product will be added to your shoppingcart. You can add so many things as you would like to your shoppingcart. Do you think you have everything? Click on your shoppingcart in the right corner. You see an overview of all products you added. Go to check out, tell us where to send it, make the payment and we deliver to your doorstep. When we have sent the package, we will send you via email the Waybill number. With the waybill number you can track and trace your product.
De state of your order you can follow at www.thecourierguy.co.za . Click on the button where’s my package. Fill in your waybill number, the number we have sent you via email, and you can see where you package is. The delivery time is ca. 2 to 3 working days, after we sent the package.

4. Payment

5. Shipping
Liefwebshop delivers to the whole of South Africa. Even to remote rural areas.
We use the courier company “The Courier Guy”. When you place an order on this site you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours (9-5).
It’s R65 for the whole of South-Africa. Doesn’t matter how big your package is or how far away you live.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged. Side note: If you’re at work from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm please make sure we deliver to your work address.

We’re not shipping internationally. You can arrange a courier by yourself and collect when payment is reflecting in our account and when order is ready for collection. We will provide an invoice.
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery. You can call us any time. But please know that the above times are only estimations. It might happen that due to unforeseen circumstances like closed roads, flooding, lack of mind control, corporate strikes, etc. your order time could be prolonged. We hope you’ll understand that these are not grounds for an order to be refunded or cancelled.

6. Returns
If you don’t like the product, we ask you to return it within 14 days.
We certainly hope not. But just in case you did, here’s what you need to do. If a product is damaged or broken you inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us. We’ll investigate the cause of the defect and if we find it was no fault of you we’ll gladly replace the item. Alternatively, if you prefer, we may refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
If you have any gripes we’d like to know All products are sold with a no quibble satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with a product, please contact us with the reason for your unhappiness. You will be issued with a returns number. Unfortunately, return delivery costs will be for your account. Once we’ve received the product, we will advise the supplier. The supplier’s solution is then up to their own discretion and Cape-Orange itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product you should contact Liefwebshop South Africa immediately. We will check our system to see whether we’ve made a silly mistake. If this is the case, we will arrange to swap the ‘incorrect’ product for the one actually ordered. Fortunately, we’ll pay for our own mistakes and courier costs.
The provision of goods and services by Liefwebshop is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Liefwebshop will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Are you sure? Your order can be cancelled if you haven’t yet made payment for the order. Once you have made payment for an order, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of Liefwebshop receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. Unfortunately, cancellation of a paid order will attract a 20% administration fee to cover costs associated with refunding you for the cancelled order. We sincerely hope you will understand.
